OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE ACTION
What You Will Expect
- INITIAL SCREENING - Questions to check for COVID-19 symptoms will be asked as a requisite to booking an appointment. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as these new measures are aimed to add layers of protection for all of us.
- COMPANIONS - To maintain social distancing, only minors, person with disabilities or senior citizens needing assistance will be allowed to have one companion inside the clinic.
- FACE MASK - Patients without face masks will not be allowed to enter the clinic. Face masks will have to be worn at all times except during your dental session. Thermal scanning will also be done prior entry.
- PATIENT PPE PACK - Patients will be provided with a PPE set that includes a headcap, eye protector, isolation gown, shoe cover and a pen. Assistance will be provided in filling out forms.

- MAKE AN APPOINTMENT: Only patients with prior confirmed appointments by phone or online (website and FB page) will be attended to.
- Strictly NO WALK-IN patients
- PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Only bring personal items that are essential whilst inside the clinic
- TIME ALLOTMENT: The scheduled time is intended purely for you. Please be on time as we have limited intervals in our schedule. Please avoid cancelling your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

- Clinic disinfection after every patient
- ADDITIONAL DENTAL FEE: As we adhere to strict sanitation standards, we are required to add layers of infection control measures. An ASEPSIS and INFECTION CONTROL fee will be added to your bill
